Jaimee Beck, APCC
My name is Jaimee Beck, and I am an associate professional clinical counselor. I graduated with an MA in forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I identify as pansexual and a demiwoman. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I approach therapy with a multicultural perspective, taking into consideration the unique context in which each client lives. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community on issues of gender and sexual identity and overcoming systemic barriers.
I utilize a blend of CBT, TF-CBT, humanistic, feminist, person-centered, and other approaches to create individualized treatment plans with the client’s input. I integrate trauma-informed interventions into my treatment plans and have a background in providing services to survivors of crime and domestic violence.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, playing with my three cats, watching horror movies, and drawing and painting.
Fee: $90-130 per 55 min session
