Desiree De Pace, AMFT
I completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. Over the last sixteen years I have worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults within the field of mental and behavioral health. With experience employing various techniques from a range of intervention frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that emphasizes client centered intervention.
My experience includes working with individuals with symptoms of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, substance use, disordered eating, and traumatic stress. I am passionate about empowering people to prioritize their mental health through increasing access to mental health care.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, being in nature (hiking, camping, fishing), and spending quality time with my family.
Fee: $90-130 per 55 min session
