Dr. Beth Patrick, LMFT

(she/her/hers)

Supervisor/ Clinician

Hi! My name is Beth. I identify as a white, lesbian/queer, cisgender female. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I am committed to providing racially just and affirmative care for transgender and nonbinary clients and BIPOC and am intentional about working with people within their unique social contexts.

I understand that life can be full of difficult experiences and circumstances that can be challenging to navigate alone. Having worked in the counseling field since 2009 I have had the honor of working with many different types of people, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My clients often seek therapy for relationship stress, gender and sexual identity development/processes, life transitions, experiences of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and death and grief.

I am informed by collaborative and narrative therapy practices. That means I see my role as being a witness to your experiences while also asking questions that support you to connect with your strengths and values. All this so that you can find new ways to deepen your relationship with yourself and others. I engage compassionately as you journey towards identifying and pursuing your hopes and preferences for your life. I look forward to connecting with you.
